PATIENTS SHOULD ALLOW 3 DAYS ADVANCE NOTICE OF THEIR JOURNEYS WITHIN THE VILLAGE AND 1 WEEKS NOTICE FOR JOURNEYS OUTSIDE THE VILLAGE.
A SMALL MILEAGE CHARGE IS APPLICABLE.
